Mr. Wesley, as a young associate, has
gained extensive experience drafting documents related to corporate
formation and registration, civil claims and real estate transactions.
Having obtained experience monitoring and analyzing Federal
legislation while interning in Washington, D.C., he has continued to develop his legislative affairs skill set during the 2009 General

Mr. Wesley received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia
in 2003. Prior to law school, he worked in the Conflicts and Ethics
department at a prestigious Washington, D.C. law firm. In 2007, he was named the
Virginia Law Foundation's Oliver W. Hill Fellow, gaining public policy,
civil rights and Capitol Hill experience with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund in
Washington, D.C. In 2008, Mr. Wesley graduated from Howard University School
of Law. He was a member of the Goler Teal Butcher International
Moot Court Team, competing at the Niagara International Moot Court
Competition and recipient of the CALI Award for Academic Achievement
in Entertainment Law.
Mr. Wesley is an active member of the
Virginia State Bar's Young Lawyer's Conference, where he will be
instructing Evidence at the Oliver W. Hill and Samuel Tucker Pre-Law
Institute Summer Program and assisting with the Bench Bar Dinner in
Celebration of Women and Minorities in the Legal Profession.
